Coverage

Medical and Dental Expense

Provides coverage for the necessary medical, surgical and emergency dental care cost in excess* of your standard coverage if you become sick or accidentally injured while on your covered trip.

Trip Cancellation

Provides reimbursement for unused, non-refundable, pre-paid trip expenses if you are prevented from taking your trip due to a covered reason.

Trip Interruption

Provides reimbursement for unused, non-refundable, pre-paid trip expenses if your trip is interrupted due to a covered reason. Also provides reimbursement for the additional transportation cost to return home or rejoin your group.

Travel Delay

Provides reimbursement for reasonable expenses incurred such as accommodations, meals and local transportation if you are delayed 6 hours or more during your trip due to a covered reason.

Missed Connection

Provides benefits for additional transportation expenses, local accommodation expenses and unused land or water arrangements if you miss your cruise or tour departure as the result of the cancellation or delay of 3 hours or more of your airline flight due to inclement weather (if benefits are not available elsewhere).

Emergency Assistance and Transportation

Benefits include transportation to the nearest suitable medical facility, help to return home and companion air fare to visit you if you are traveling alone and are hospitalized for more than 7 days.

Rental Car Damage

Provides primary damage coverage if your rental car is damaged due to collision, fire, flood, theft, vandalism, windstorm or hail.

Baggage

Provides coverage for loss, theft or damage of your baggage and personal effects during your covered trip.

24/7 Emergency Assistance Service

Services include Medical Referral, Travel Companion Assistance, Emergency Cash Transfer, Legal Referral, Locating Lost or Stolen Items, Assistance in Replacing Medication or Eyeglasses, Embassy and Consular Services, Worldwide Medical/Vaccination Information, Translation Services and Emergency Message Relay.

Roadside Assistance

[For Deluxe Plan only]  Services include Towing Service, Battery Jump/Minor Roadside Adjustments, Flat Tire Change, Fuel Delivery, Vehicle Winching/Extraction, and Locksmith Services. Please see your policy for full information and restrictions.

Although we hate to see you go, we understand that things change. You will receive a refund to of your plan cost if you cancel your plan within 10 days of purchase and have not filed a claim or departed on your trip.

 

 
How to claim and what to expect

    Sign into MyBubble and select your travel plan. Click “File a Claim”. Select the appropriate claim form from the list. They have been organized by type of claim.

    Print and fill out the claim form completely. Make sure you sign the form. To ensure the quickest processing of your claim, read the instructions on the first page of your claim form and note the required documentation that you need to include.

    Email, fax or mail your claim form along with receipts.
