How to file a claim
1. Call us toll-free at 1-855-792-2355 (within 30 days of the covered damage occurring) to speak with a service representative. If you like, visit MyBubble before you call to make sure you’re fully prepped to file your claim.
2. Provide the rep with the details of your claim – they’ll let you know if any further info or documentation is needed.
3. Pay your deductible, sit tight and let our speedy claims process do its thing! Your phone should be replaced by the next day2 with a new, refurbished or re-certified phone of like kind and quality.
4. Once you’ve gotten your replacement, mail your damaged phone to us using the pre-paid shipping label we’ve provided.
And that's it! You're done.

*Although the term “extended service contract” and “extended warranty” are commonly used interchangeably, an extended service contract is not a warranty. A warranty is provided by a manufacturer and is included in the purchase price of the product. Extended service contracts (like our Protection Plans) cover repair costs for specific components but are not an extension of the manufacturer’s warranty. **Deductibles for iPhones, iPads, smartphones, tablets and electronics are $50. Deductible for Samsung touch-screen phones is $150. Deductible for electronics valued under $200 is $25.
1Our Quick Claim Guarantee is our promise to provide a resolution to your first claim under your plan within your first phone call. Customers claiming multiple times in a short period of time may be asked to provide a proof of loss or receipts for their device which will be processed promptly but will take more than one phone call for resolution. This guarantee is in place to ensure that we provide a fast claims decision on your first call. It does not apply if your phone call is disconnected requiring a second call to finish your claim. 2Our Next Day Replacement Guarantee provides assurance that if your claim is approved by 8 p.m. EST and your device is in stock, you will receive it the following business day. If your device is not in stock, you will receive a check within 2 business days. Contact us at email@example.com .
3Our Fixed or Replaced in 5 Days Guarantee provides assurance that once we receive your shipped device for repair on an approved claim, we will fix and ship the device within 5 business days back to you. In-home repair will be subject to your availability and parts required for the service. The obligor company for Protect Your Bubble Extended Warranty Products in all states except Florida and Oklahoma is Federal Warranty Service Corporation.
