• After treatment, you can submit a claim for reimbursement of covered charges through a simple one-page form
• You’ll be reimbursed up to 90% of covered charges from a licensed vet after you meet a $100 annual deductible per pet
• You can track the status of your claims online

Whether broken bones, cuts and scrapes, or a snack that included a rug, our plans help you to prepare for the unexpected by providing 90% reimbursement of usual and customary covered costs from a licensed vet after a $100 deductible.

Continuing care coverage is available for dogs 8 years old and under, cats 10 years old and under, and for all pets enrolled in the Safety plan. This covers ongoing conditions that need care across multiple plan periods, such as allergies, diabetes or cancer. In addition, the Plus and Premier plans come with coverage for hereditary and congenital conditions—ones your dogs are born with or are predisposed to getting through their breed.

Unfortunately, pets sometimes form undesirable behavioral issues like excessive licking, separation anxiety or shoe chewing. And what starts as something small may turn into a much bigger problem. Our behavioral coverage includes consultations, exams, lab testing and prescription medications to diagnose, treat, or correct behavioral problems.  Protect Your Bubble offers coverage for both Plus and Premier plans to help your pet get back on track.
