Most likely, you don’t know how to fix your major appliances. Fortunately, Protect Your Bubble knows people who do. Since your major appliances are too big to ship, we’ll send someone out to fix the problem.  If that doesn’t work, we’ll typically replace it. And because we know you’re busy, we make buying extended warranties super easy and affordable.  Getting a quote is easy:

You can choose to pay either monthly or all at once.  Monthly plans provide you with month-to-month coverage while full pay plans are paid for all at once and provide you with coverage for the full term of your extended warranty – up to 60 months in some cases. You can also cancel your extended warranty any time. 

If you need to make a claim, the steps are easy. Call 1-855-PYB-HOME (792-4663) and we will assist you through the claims process. Once approved, your claim will be fulfilled using any of the three options below:

• In-home service: We will provide you with in-home service for your covered item by scheduling and performing all necessary repairs at your residence. 
• Depot repair: For some of your smaller products, we will provide a prepaid label and you will be responsible for shipping the product to our authorized repair facility.  We will return your product promptly once we complete all repairs.
• Replacement: In some cases, we may replace your product with a product of like kind and quality, cash settlement, or gift card. 

Protect Your Bubble uses only authorized service facilities and a pre-screened network of certified service technicians if your item needs to be fixed. And, if your item needs to be repaired more than three times, our no lemon guarantee will make sure you get a replacement. 

What exactly is a mechanical breakdown? 

Mechanical and/or electrical failure occurs when a product fails due to normal wear and tear when operated according to the manufacturer’s directions.
