Our claims process

In the event of a claim our process is designed to be straight forward to make your life easier. Call 1-855-PYB-CELL and have your policy details, proof of purchase and credit card at hand. It may be necessary to submit claims documentation to our customer support team. Once your claim is approved we’ll arrange for a replacement device to be sent out to you, or we will send you a reimbursement check.

We also offer a multi-gadget discount, which gives you 10% discount on every additional policy. If you have other gadgets that are less than 12 months old it's worth adding them to your policy so that you can take advantage of this discount. Our registration process is simple and hassle free.
