How to Claim and What to Expect
1 – Please sign into “MyBubble” and select your travel policy. Click “File a Claim”.
2 – Select the appropriate claim form from the list. They have been organized by type of claim.
3 – Print and fill out the claim form completely. Make sure you sign the form. To ensure the quickest processing of your claim, read the instructions on the first page of your claim form and note the required documentation that you need to include.
4 – Email, fax or mail your claim forms along with receipts.
5 – For questions during the claims process, please contact us at 855-PYB-TRIP.
6 – CSA will issue payment within 2 business days for approved claims.
When renting a car, you’ll want to insure it in case anything happens to the car. Whether it gets a little bump or in a big collision, Protect Your Bubble provides $35,000 in coverage for your rental car. And unlike other Rental Car Insurance plans that make you file under your auto policy first, our plan serves as primary coverage for collision damage on your rental car.
Our Rental Car Insurance also includes coverages for Baggage and Personal Effects up to $500 per person.
While it is important for you to review your plan documents for coverage levels, limitations and exclusions, our Rental Car Insurance covers Rental Car Damage and Baggage. There is a $35,000 maximum limit per policy for rental car damage and a $500 maximum limit per policy for baggage and personal effects.

Yes, before and during your trip, a 24-Hour emergency hotline is available to assist you with various travel needs, including medical and legal referrals, emergency cash transfers, pre-travel advice, translation services, identity theft resolution services for Deluxe and Multi-Trip plans, concierge services and more. If the unexpected occurs, our customer service representatives will assist you with any claims forms needed, as well as provide you with individualized attention. Upon receipt of your completed claims forms, a dedicated claims agent will be assigned specifically to your case upon your return.

You can purchase your coverage up to the 24 hours prior to your departure date.
Unfortunately you cannot purchase on or after your departure date.
If you purchase this plan and are not satisfied within 10 days of receipt, contact Protect Your Bubble at 855-PYB-TRIP directly to indicate your desire to cancel. If you haven't already left on your trip or filed a claim, you will receive a complete refund.
To file a claim, log into MyBubble and download the required claim form you need based on the type of claim you are filing. The form includes instructions for completion as well as a list of any other documents you may need to submit along with your claim form. The completed form along with all required documentation can be submitted by email, fax or regular mail. For assistance filing a claim or for if you need us to send you the required claim form, contact us at 855-PYB-TRIP.
Claim must be submitted within 90 days after covered loss occurs.
You can always view your plan by logging into MyBubble. Simply log into your account and select “View Plan”. You can also contact our Customer Support Center and someone can ensure you receive a copy of your plan.
You can contact emergency assistance services for Concierge Service. This service includes assistance with rental car reservations, airline reservations, hotel accommodations, pet services locator, restaurant reviews and reservations, event ticketing, city profiles, epicurean needs, flowers and gift baskets, golf outing and tee times, meet-and greet services, personalized retail shopping assistance, pre-trip assistance and more!
